11th amendment
The 11th amendment describes about the Judaical Limits. The Judaical Limits means to protect each state by being sued by the federal court by the government.
12th amendment
The 12th amendment explains about the President & Vice President. The 12th amendment describes as the people are allowed to vote for which President & Vice President they want to elect for.
13th amendment
13th amendment describes about Slavery being Abolished in the U.S. The 13th amendment means that no one is allowed to own slaves or anyone to do their work at their own will.
14th amendment
14th amendment describes about the Citizens Rights. That means that anyone born in the United States is a U.S. Citizen & they are allowed to run for office for their nation.
15th amendment
The 15th amendment explains about the Race No Bar to Vote. The explanation for this is that every citizen has a choice to vote no matter what color or race you are.
16th amendment
16th amendment is called the Status of Income Tax Clarified. In English this means that Congress can tax on any citizens income. The more income you have the higher the taxes are the lower the income the lower the tax will be.
17th amendment
17th amendment describes about the Senators Elected by Popular Vote. Which means that each state gets 2 senators. The senators gets elected by the people in the state that they live in & the senator that's running in the peoples state. They also they have the job as senators for 6 years.
18th amendment
The 18th amendment was called Liquor Abolished. Which mean't that alcoholic drinks were illegal in the U.S. Which mean't no beer, wine, liquor, & sham-pane. The reason they made it illegal was because of all the violence in the U.S. & terror that was happening.
19th amendment
19th amendment stated about the Women's Suffrage. The 19th amendment means that any gender like man or female are now allowed to vote. They did it because of the Women Suffrage Movement.
20th amendment
The 20th amendment describes about Presidential, Congressional Terms. That stated the President & Vice President's terms end at noon of the 20th of January, & the Senators & House of Representatives terms end at noon on of January 3rd.
21st amendment
21st amendment describes about the 18th amendment Repealed. That mean's that the 21st amendment crossed out the 18th amendment which now allowed alcoholic drinks legal again.
22nd amendment
22nd amendment explains about the Presidential Term Limits. So in English this is about the President & Vice President can only be in office for 2 terms. Each term is 4 years.
23rd amendment
23rd amendment describes about Presidential Vote for District of Columbia. That describes that anyone that lives in Washington D.C. to vote at the presidential election. This amendment was ratified on March 29, 1961.
24th amendment
24th amendment is called the Poll Tax Barred. The 24th explains that it prohibits Congress or the states to tax on anybody to vote.
25th amendment
25th amendment explains about the Presidential Disability & Succession. Say's that if the President of the United States of America die's or gets removed, the Vice President takes his place & becomes the new President of the United States of America.
26th amendment
26th amendment describes about Voting Age Set to 18 Years. The 26th explains about only U.S. citizen adults can vote for the running elections. The age range for an adult is 18 years or older.
27th amendment
27th amendment explains about Limiting Changes to Congressional Pay. Which mean's that Congress cannot give themselves a raise until the next election. So they won't repeatedly raise their own salary.
